Harmeet's journey began aboard oil and chemical tankers, gradually advancing to senior positions within tanker pooling. With experience in chartering, bunkering, and operations, he navigates complex projects with ease. A Master Mariner with a MBA from Cambridge, his expertise & leadership skills has allowed for many opportunities including serving as panelist in events like Marine Money & SIBCON.

 Gaurav was a Master Mariner with over 12 years of sailing experience on gas tankers, followed by 18 years of combined experience in commercial management, ship management and commodity trading. He is the Managing Director of Raffles Tankers and currently serves on the board for Unikik Trading, Unicorn Tankers, Yacht Fuel Trading, Norse Ship Management, Sentosa Ship Brokers (I) and several more. 

 Sameer was a Master Mariner with over 12 years of sailing experience, followed by over 18 years of commercial and chartering experience with commodity trading giants Glencore & Chemoil. Sameer is a prominent figure in the tanker industry having concluded a great deal of tanker fixtures, term contracts and S&P deals. He currently serves on the board for Raffles Tankers & Norse Ship Management .  

 Chen Lei spent three years sailing on VLCC tankers mainly. Transitioning ashore into tanker operations for a year before setting up chartering desks for  ZhenHua Oil and ChemChina Singapore. Subsequently, he assumed the role of System Refinery Feedstock Coordinator for five years. Building on his experience, he spent two years in a senior position with an established pooling company.
